Shipping is $20 for orders of 12–23 hats. Applicable tax is additional. A sales tax exemption may be requested and applies only after a valid certificate has been reviewed and accepted.
Your design is your digital proof
Submitting your displayed hat and patch design with the approval box checked constitutes digital proof approval. You will receive an email confirming that approval. Put any requested adjustments in the notes. Adjustments require review; a changed proof must be confirmed before invoicing and production.
Payment of your invoice also constitutes approval of the proof identified on that invoice. Full payment is required before material ordering or production.
No returns on custom orders. Hat availability, requested adjustments, and any additional charges will be confirmed before payment.
